Jayne serves as the Chief Executive Officer at The Rise Partnership Trust. With a wealth of experience, she has held key roles, including Ofsted lead inspector and Challenge Partners reviewer, of which we now run our own Challenge Partners Hub. Prior to her current role, Jayne was the Head of four outstanding special schools across London. She assumed the position of Head teacher at the age of 28, demonstrating her commitment to education. Her particular area of interest of SEND is Autism and Complex Special Needs. Jayne is actively involved in various forums supporting parents and contributes significantly to the National Autistic Society.
Jayne provides school improvement advice and bespoke reviews for special, mainstream primary and mainstream secondary schools. The schools she works with identify her advice as being a key driver behind further enhancement and development of their curriculum and their excellent Ofsted outcomes.
